SoulCollage, a collage process developed by Seena Frost, uses images, words, and symbols to discover the ongoing "story of you." This workshop will provide an overview of the SoulCollage process, and help you begin creating a personal deck of SoulCollage cards to deepen your relationship to:
- Your various personality traits
- Your family/community/world
- Your spirit, dreams, and higher power
By intuitively selecting powerful images that reflect the different parts of who you are, you’ll create a visual journal that you can add to, delight in, and consult for a lifetime.
Prerequisites: No prior art experience is necessary. Even if you don’t know yourself to be creative, you will love this powerful and imaginative process.
Enjoy hands-on activities, thought provoking exercises, and concrete tips you can take home and put to work immediately.
